The Dynamic Duo
Since he launched Knight Time Creations as a custom illustration studio in 2010 he has created professionally tailored artwork, illustrations and graphics for everyone from individuals looking for a unique gift or a captivating print-out for their blog posts to publishing houses and businesses in the UK and abroad.
Originally hailing from the birthplace of The Beatles, Jack traveled to Lancaster in 2004 to study and it was at university he met the bloke who would one day also become an illustrator and join Knight Time Creations.
Collaborating with Jack on various projects since 2015, Jon adds a new style of illustration into the mix so client’s have even more options to choose from. He likes striking character design and tattoo art but has been known to turn his hand to creating beautiful hand coloured vintage travel posters.
Jack Knight has received Freeindex’s top ranked business award for illustrators thanks to the amount of excellent 5 star reviews from our customers. This ranking places Knight Time Creations as the number one illustration company in the UK. They were also a finalist in the BIBAs “Creative Business of the Year” award 2014 and in 2015 we were again a finalist for the “Best Use of Creativity in a Business” and in 2016 were thrilled to be on the Judging panel for their creative agency category.
When he’s not working on illustration commissions, Jack Knight is the cartoonist for The Lancaster Guardian newspaper and has produced a colourful comic for them week in, week out since January 2014. He’s also a big believer in community projects, including The Lancaster People’s Cafe and Independent Lancaster and he was a finalist in the 2015 Lancashire County Council Pride awards for great customer service.
